Our aim is to get your MyDoxie purchases to you as quickly and safely as possible. 

At the same time we realise that everyone is on a budget so we give you a choice of which service we use to send your order.

We use Australia Post as our carrier of choice.  We have had many years of experience with Australia Post and have found them to be the fastest and most reliable service for both urban and rural Australia and New Zealand.   

 

Postage Options - Australia

If your order is over $100 and you are in Australia - Standard Shipping is FREE. 

All shipments are tracked.

During checkout, if you are in Australia you can choose: 

 

- Standard Post - 3-10 business days - $7.95 (Free for orders over $100)
- Express Post -  1- 3 business days - $12.20

 

We do recommend Express Post at the moment due to COVID-19 delays to some postal services.

Pick your preferred option.  If your order is larger and requires additional postage, we will cover any cost differences. 

 

Postage Options - New Zealand

If you are in New Zealand, you can choose between: 

- Australia Post International Economy Air (25+ days) - $10.20
- Australia Post International Parcel (5-10 days) - $18.20

Note that International Economy Air parcels are NOT TRACKED.  This means you will not know where your parcel is on its journey to you.  Also, if your parcel does not arrive, you will not be able to make a claim for the loss from Australia Post or from us.  For that reason we recommend the International Parcel Post option 

 

COVID-19 Delays

During COVID 19 all carriers are experiencing some delays. so please check current shipping times between our dispatch centre in Queensland (Post Code 4227) and your location here:

Dispatch: 

We aim to send you your order within 2 business days of receiving it.  You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number when your order is sent out. 

Dispatch times can sometimes be affected by stock levels.  Feel free to contact us if you don't get confirmation of dispatch within 7 days of placing your order. 

If you pre-order a product we will prioritise sending it to you as soon as stock arrives.

Dispatch times can be affected by public holidays.  If a public holiday occurs in South East Queensland, we will not be dispatching orders on that day.
